We want your Scripture Scribbles order to reach you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Personalised items may require a little longer to prepare — up to 3–5 business days — as each one is individually made.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer; if there's a significant delay, we'll contact you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.
UK Orders
- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
- Tracked delivery available at checkout (where available)
International Orders (including US & Canada)
- Standard delivery: 7–14 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available), so you can follow its journey to your door.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Scripture Scribbles is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier. If your tracking shows an issue, please contact your local courier first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
